Her Improper Affair is the first book of Shea McMaster’s that I have read, and I like it although it never truly grabbed my attention. There was a lot of detail and the story was a little slow moving. It was also hard for me to truly understand why Oswald would not feel like he is good enough for Birdie. Birdie was a cute character, and she was witty. I loved the name contortions she did to Oswald in order to tease him. Overall, this was a cute book.ARC kindly provided by publisher via Netgalley. This is my honest review.
