neuroplasticity the secret behind brain plasticity Reviews
This is a good quick read giving an overall view of neuroplasticity - the brain's ability to change itself. I particularly liked the end of Chapter 4, and Chapter 5, both of which gave ideas on how to help yourself make a positive impact on your brain's health. It also sent me to buy another book, The Brain That Changes Itself by Norman Doidge. Thanks for the tip!
Very basic introductory This reading just has reinforced the basic information about brain plasticity - I did not come across professionally cited references for the statements, although much of the information is in line with other sources I have referenced.
Good quick informative readGood information on the myths and truths of Neuroplasticity. Quick read with suggestions on how to improve your mind and what to avoid.
