All that changes on the night of the eclipse when she comes home only to find a book--a Book of Shadows--and a letter explaining that she's not only got two sisters that she doesn't know--but that she's also a hereditary witch! Things start happening that her logical mind just can't process. Can she accept her new life? When she meets the handsome Shawn at a street fair, the last thing she expected was to see him less than twenty-four hours later as a patient in her ER. Sometimes, Love's just a Witch. This is book 2 in the Witches of Karma series. Book 1, Life's a Witch is Amber's story. Karma's a Witch (To Be Released) is Topaz's story. Each of the three novellas is an introduction to each sister. We plan many books for this series!...

Fated Connections? This series must be read in order. Even though each sister's story is written by a different author this collaborative series is chronologically reliant on the books before and after. The first book is Life's a Witch (Witches of Karma) (Karma's Witches). This is the second book. This book starts in the same place the one before did but quickly moves past that point. The fact that Amethyst is a trauma nurse in the ER is oddly prophetic in a way you never see coming. I fell in love with the characters immediately :) You get to see new facets to the old characters as well which is nice. The world is ours with hidden elements that not everyone is privy to.This book is awesome! Jam packed with mystery and suspense along with all the action. It is a paranormal coming of age story spiced up with a quirky romance. Fate plays a huge role in the comedic drawing together of all the characters. It seems like you see they should know each other as hey keep running into each other but the spell only reveals them when the time is right...Almost like they have blinders on until it is time for them to meet(which I found very amusing). All in all I was very pleased with this book as a continuation to the series and as a story onto itself :)I would recommend this book to anyone who is a fan of urban paranormal or urban fantasy. It would also appeal to mystery fans that like a dash of the otherworldly.***This series is suitable for adult readers

This is book two in the Karma's Witches series, I really enjoyed reading this book and about Amethyst's story. This books starts just like the first book in the series with Amethyst finding out that she is a witch, she finds a book in her apartment and a letter from her mother telling her that she is a witch and has two sisters and that they are triplets and all three are powerful witches. Amethyst is a trauma nurse in the ER and meets a guy at the park and he asks her out on a date. She finds out that she has special powers when she sees the guy she has a date with get shot, a few minutes later he comes to the ER. When she touches him it somehow heals him. I enjoyed this book, and can't wait to read the next book in the series. If you love a paranormal with suspense then this book is for you. It is a short quick read then you need to read this book!

I loved the story. The story was awesome, and the connection to the previous book was so cool! The voice of the MC was unique compared to the first book but it all tied together so nicely. However, this book could use a couple more passes for proofreading and editing. A couple of typos are easy to overlook, but a few things in this book had me actually laughing out loud because of the change of meaning due to errors. Some guy was wearing an Oxford *expletive*. That was some funny shirt, right there, actually.

This is the second in the series and I really liked this book about "Amy" a nurse who finds out that she's a witch and a triplet all in one day. I liked the link up with the main male character. I liked the tie in with the first book through the male characters. I liked the flow of this story - not too wordy, not wishy washy. The pace of the story was fun. It's a little predictable, but it's fun and sweet.

the storyline was okay but there were so many typos/wrong words and continuity issues that it was very distracting. if it was looked over by an editor other than the author, i'd seriously reconsider using them again and quite possibly request a refund of their fee.

Love's a Witch is book 2 of The Karma Witches series. This is Amethyst's story. Or Amy, as she finds her first name a bit of mouth full.I have found number 2 much better than number 1. Amy is a sound character. The story is good. Of course, there are some silly stuff, some dialogues that are very cliches and that I supposed would not happen in real life, unless we were a drama Queen. But hey, nothing is perfect. Amy is a healer, an empath. Hence her choice or career, she is a nurse. She did not know she is one of a set of triplets. She did not know she is a witch and surely, she did not know she has other powers. Amy can dream the past and the future. But this is not just I have enjoyed Love's a Witch which also finishes on a cliffhanger for the search of the third sister. I was just a bit annoyed that the book finished at 69%.

This book was great, definitely need to read the books in order. I like how everything is coming together, but not sure how I feel about other characters being witches as well. I do like all the characters so far though. It's great that Amethyst has someone to confide in, but just seems to make the sisters a little less unique knowing there supposedly are a lot of other witches in Karma as well. Can't wait to read the third one to find out how Topaz meets up with the other two sisters. One thing a little distracting about the book is the spelling errors, but I guess I can look past it since the story is page turning.

Hope Welsh's "Love's A Witch" is the second book in the "Karma's Witches" Series. Amethyst is an ER nurse. Adopted as a young child she has no memories of her biological parents. When she comes home one night, she finds a letter from her biological mother that not only states that she is a triplet, but that she's a witch. From that point on her life is anything but normal. Can Amy handle her new abilities? Will they interfere with her job and love life? Overall, I love this series. Each sister's story is unique as the writers who are creating their stories.

I am loving this series. This book and the first go together seamlessly even though they are written by different authors. This is the first book I have read of Hope Welsh and I am now a fan. These books can be read as stand alone Novellas but so far I think they should be read in order. Especially to appreciate the ending to this book.

The story continues...I like the idea of three separate authors writing writing a portion of the story. I liked this one better than first be cause it didn't leave so much in the air. I can't to start the next one.

I like the way the story is going in this series, but this particular one has inconsistencies that were annoying, but overall. I liked the story. I will try one more, since it is being written by three different authors.
