आदमी का जहर / Aadmi Ka Zahar Reviews
Shrilal Shukla, known for his novel Raag Darbari has written an engrossing detective novel. There is enough suspense to hold readers attention and curiosity till the very end. It is rooted in Indian ethos and culture and the story is fairly believable, a feat difficult to achieve in a crime fiction novel. The wit of the author which is in full view in his magnum opus visits us sometimes in the conversations in the novel. Though I felt few characters may have been better sketched out like that of Inspector Siddique and Vidyanath.
This book is wrong at so many levels, it is not even funny!
