    I started this book a year ago and read 1/4 of it. It is deep reading and now I'm interested again. It is very calming. It reminds me of the "The Art of Happiness" by the Dalai Lama. Same feel to it.I am once again putting this book on the shelf. I'm too pregnant to do any of it and have other things to worry about right now. I will pick it up again soon. It is not light/quick reading.

    Nutrient dense, uplifting, & profound thoughts; yoga posture information; dietary advise & even recipes. I enjoyed RE-READING this AGAIN.
